Returning goods
If you are a consumer and concluded the contract with us at a distance, for example by accepting our quote by email, you may withdraw from it without giving any reason. This is the information on that right under Slovak Consumer Protection Act No. 108/2024 Coll.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take possession of the goods. If you ordered several items in one order that are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you take possession of the last item delivered.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email, to: MMLES, s.r.o., Krásna Ves 82, 956 53 Krásna Ves, Slovakia, telephone +421 911 158 439, email info@mmles.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you in connection with the contract, including the costs of delivery to you, with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract, using the same means of payment as you used, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
Please send the goods back to MMLES, s.r.o., Krásna Ves 82, 956 53 Krásna Ves, Slovakia, or bring them to our shop at Trenčianska cesta 1265/15, 957 01 Bánovce nad Bebravou, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Where the goods, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, in particular pallets and goods on pallets, we will tell you the estimated cost of returning them in the quote before the contract is concluded.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
When withdrawal does not apply
You have no right of withdrawal for goods made to your specifications or custom-made, in particular pallets and pallet collars with dimensions to your requirements.
The right to withdraw without giving a reason also does not apply to a contract you concluded in person at our shop or to buyers purchasing goods as a business.
