Delivery options

We agree the delivery method and its price in the quote, based on the quantity, weight and destination of the goods. You can choose from the following options.

Personal collection at the shop

You can collect goods from our shop at Trenčianska cesta 1265/15, 957 01 Bánovce nad Bebravou, Slovakia. We are open Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 15:00. Please arrange the collection time in advance so that we can have the goods ready.

On collection you can pay in cash or by payment card.

Small parcels: GLS courier

We send smaller consignments by GLS courier to the address you provide. You can pay cash on delivery.

Large and palletised consignments: GLS pallet freight

We send larger quantities and goods on pallets by GLS pallet freight. Palletised consignments are paid in advance against an invoice; we dispatch the goods once the payment has been credited to our account. Verified business customers can also pay against an invoice with a payment term.

In your enquiry, please tell us how the pallet can be unloaded at the delivery address and whether there are any access restrictions.

Price and delivery date

We state the delivery price in the quote before the contract is concluded. We confirm the delivery date when the contract is concluded; if no date is agreed, we deliver the goods within 30 days at the latest.

When you receive a consignment from the carrier, check that it is not damaged. What to do if it is damaged is described on the Damage in transit page.
